Shipping:
We ship via Postal Service, UPS, Common Carrier, and FedEx. It’s been our experience that the Postal Service is the most cost effective and FedEx the fastest (and most expensive). UPS is ideal if you get special commercial rates. Call our shipping experts if you are unsure what carrier to specify. We will only charge you the actual cost of shipping.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with our products. If not return them, but please call us first so we can advise you on the best way to resolve the return. We will NOT accept returns 30 days or more after the purchase invoice is issued. We know buying “mail order” can be inconvenient at times and want to smooth the return process as much as possible. We have been doing this for many years, so take advantage of our expertise and call or write us before returning products.

Ordering:
Have your name, shipping address, & phone number ready, we’ll need this information first. With regards to a shipping address, we will not ship to “General Delivery” or “Hold for Pick Up” with out multiple confirmations, such as copies of drivers license, birth certificate, military I.D. cards etc. Sorry but we’ve been burned to many times.

Next will need the description of the items you want, as well as size, color and quantities.

Last but not least we’ll need the method of payment. With charge cards, we need the number, expiry date, card holders name as it is spelled on the cards and the card holders phone number.
