Selecting field grade emergency medical gear can be a dicey proposition. Many of the so called "wilderness first aid kits" are merely industrial or worse yet, drug store grade first aid items in a fancy pants, zip closed, tool roll! These "tools rolls" look great but do little to keep out the dirt and crap normally found in the combat or disaster environment our customers routinely find themselves operating within. Keeping this in mind we have selected first aid items based on their ability to perform under the most unforgiving circumstances. For example all of the consumables must be double or triple wrapped to prevent dirt and water ingress. If not... it's not stocked or sold by us. Accessories such as pouches and medic packs must meet or exceed mil-specs. If not... it's not stocked or sold by us.
